Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Déjà Vu Med Spa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to make any changes — this allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and ensures the best experience for everyone.

Cancellation & No-Show Guidelines

  • More than 24 hours’ notice:
    No fee — we’re happy to help you reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
    A $100 cancellation/no-show fee will apply.

How to Cancel

You may cancel or reschedule by phone or text at 623-242-9910. We do not accept cancellation requests via social media.

Payment of Fees

Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before rescheduling. The fee will be:

  • Charged to the card on file, or
  • Deducted from any existing client balance or package credit.

Why This Policy Matters

Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that could have been offered to another client. Our policy helps us provide exceptional service while respecting the time and commitment of our clients and our providers.
